The children of Kaihura, Uganda!

If you had the opportunity to experience a Daraja Choir concert this Summer, you know just how special these little ones are!  This year’s choir comes to us from the community of Kaihura, which is a small community in southwest Uganda, located in the district of Kyenjojo.

In addition to offering sponsorships for the Daraja kids, we have been blessed to have opened up sponsorships at the local orphanage in Kaihura (Home Again Children’s Home).  Over the next few weeks, we will be opening up additional sponsorships for children at two of the community’s schools.  We would love for you to explore our website and find a child to connect with.

Through your sponsorship, we will be able to directly impact the children by supplying school uniforms, health and wellness check-ups, secondary school fees (for qualifying students) and spiritual development opportunities.  Most importantly, each child will receive personal visits by The 410 Bridge Community Child Advocate (CCA) to ensure they are healthy, attending school and properly cared for.

At a community and long-term sustainability level, your donation will help provide access to clean water, the opportunity to provide a quality education for 100% of the children living in the community, economic development and health & wellness programs within the community.

We know sponsorship changes lives!  With your help, we can be a part of the amazing, life-changing work God is doing in Kaihura through the lives of the children and their families!
