5.  A couple weeks ago over 50 women from the community of Karogoto earned their training certificate from the Karogoto Knitting Center.  These women will now begin using the skills they have learned to earn an income and help lift them and their families out of poverty.  (blog post coming soon)

4.  The first 410 Bridge service trip returned from Haiti this week.  The team of 12 people had an incredible time helping rebuild a home for a widowed lady and her daughter, as well as investing in the lives of orphaned children in two different orphanages.  Our next team will leave next week, so please pray that God will continue to make his name great through the 410 Bridge work in Haiti.

3.  The 410 Staff team is growing.  In the last several weeks we have added three new employees.  We would like to welcome… Margaret Spratlin, Jackie Wilson, and Amy Todd to the 410 Team.  If you are in the area stop by sometime and meet our new additions.

2. New Release of ‘The Bridge”  featuring the Daraja Children’s Choir of Africa. This album is the closest thing you can get to being at a concert.  The album is made up of 9 songs and includes kids from the 2010 choir as well as Abbu, Grace, and Dan our Kenyan choir staff.

1. 410 at Orange 2010. If you are going to the Orange conference next week stop by the 410 Bridge booth in the conference center and say hello.  We have had the pleasure of being at Orange the last several years and work with several churches that utilize reThink curriculum in their ministries.
