The 410 Bridge is entering into a new and exciting phase of growth. As we begin our 5th year we are re-organizing our U.S. and Kenya operations to be more effective. That’s opened up some key positions here in the U.S.
Here is a brief explanation of three of those positions, so if you know someone that might be interested, now is the time…
Program Manager: The US Program Manager is a member of the Leadership Team and works closely with the Program Officer(s) in Kenya and Haiti to increase the effectiveness of The 410 Bridge model of ministry and community development. This includes working toward the achievement of the vision and strategy of the organization, managing key relationships with the in-country staff, national, international and local strategic service partners, and key stakeholders including cooperating agencies.
He/she will oversee project management activities to ensure a proper level of reporting, accountability and quality control is maintained for all projects undertaken in 410 Bridge communities. The Program Manager will work with in-country leadership to develop new programs for short-term mission teams that are consistent with the mission, vision and values of the organization and will work closely with US staff as the liaison between US stakeholders and the activities underway in Kenya and Haiti.
Operations Supervisor: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing people, systems, processes, and creating the necessary deliverables to support the organization. This includes coordinating programming and logistics for service teams serving in both Kenya and Haiti, developing operational systems and processes to support a fast growing ministry, developing and implementing tools to train, equip, and prepare team leaders and service teams for service abroad. The key benchmark for success is maintaining and measuring a high-touch, quality experience for all stakeholders.
He/she will oversee a qualified and passionate team of professionals providing operational and administrative support to stakeholders and other 410 Bridge departments. The role will work with in-country leadership to coordinate service trips, ensuring U.S. service teams an experience that is the highest quality and is in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the organization. They will also work closely with National Field Development Manager and Field Directors to ensure accurate high-quality deliverables to all 410 Bridge church partners.
Field Directors: We are hiring four regional development and account management positions to serve church partners in the U.S. The positions will be in:
Central Florida – Orlando or Tampa
Carolina – Charlotte area
Texas – Dallas or Houston
Northeast – Philadelphia or DC or Baltimore area
Field Directors will be the primary point of contact with existing relationships – churches, schools, donors, and organizations (“stakeholders”) within the region. They will be responsible for promoting and growing The 410 Bridge ministry offerings – community partnership, short-term mission trips, child sponsorship, Daraja Choir concerts, project funding, etc. Field Directors will act as the liaison with internal departments to service the needs of all stakeholders within the region. They will develop and secure new stakeholder relationships that meet the quantitative and qualitative goals established for the region and identify potential foundations and major donors in the region and refer them to The 410 Bridge Development Director.
