A Passion Passed Down
At just 28 years old, Ingri is already a powerful force for change in her community of Nueva Independencia. A wife, a mother, and a leader, she carries within her a passion for service that runs deep—one she inherited from her parents, Doña Florinda and Don Eleuterio, both respected members of the 410 Bridge Leadership Council.
Finding Purpose in Unexpected Places
Though her path hasn’t been easy, Ingri’s love for her people and her belief in what’s possible have shaped her into someone who doesn’t just participate—she leads. Before she encountered the programs offered through 410 Bridge, Ingri worked for four years at a funeral home. The job was demanding, but it gave her something invaluable: time and space to grow deeper roots in her community.

A Life-Changing Introduction to 410 Bridge
Her first step into the world of 410 Bridge came through our Business Start-Up Training (BST), a program that immediately sparked something in her. It wasn’t just about starting a business—it was about holistic growth. Ingri was captivated by the training’s integration of personal, community, and spiritual development. For her, it wasn’t just a class; it was a calling.

Education as a Tool for Transformation
Education has always been close to her heart. Ingri recently completed her studies in Social Work, and she’s already putting her knowledge to work—not for her own gain, but for the benefit of others, especially children. “Education and training are the most powerful tools for the sustainable development of Nueva Independencia,” she says. And she’s proving it every day.
Leading by Example
Today, Ingri facilitates a community savings group that includes both men and women—among them, her own mother. She also serves as a tutor through 410 Bridge, walking alongside children as they discover new opportunities and grow in confidence. During school breaks, you’ll find her leading vacation classes, pouring energy and heart into helping young minds flourish.

A Community on the Rise
What fills her heart the most is seeing the transformation unfold in Nueva Independencia. Once overlooked, her community is beginning to thrive. “Where there is education, where there is preparation, there is development,” Ingri says with conviction. That belief is what keeps her going—through the challenges, through the long days—because she knows she’s helping plant seeds of hope for future generations.
Faith That Fuels Her Mission
At the core of it all is her faith. Her favorite verse, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” isn’t just something she says—it’s something she lives. It’s her reminder that nothing is impossible when God is in control. Ingri weaves together learning, faith, and service into a beautiful example of what community development truly looks like.
A Model of What’s Possible
Her story is not just her own—it echoes the stories of countless women and men who rise each day determined to create a better future for the next generation. Ingri shows us that when you lead with love, believe in what’s possible, and never stop learning, transformation isn’t just an idea. It’s a reality—built day by day, with passion, purpose, and heart.
