July was a quiet month in Cercady. The community has devoted themselves to The 410 Bridge Sponsorship Program; taking profile pictures and getting as many kids as possible registered for sponsorship.
The churches are continuing to thrive; they are holding services every Sunday and events afterwards for evangelism and sharing in the Word. The youth took a trip to the Citadel in the northern part of Haiti. The Citadel is a large, military fortress built on a mountainside overlooking Haiti. It was built in 1805 and has become a historical icon and tourist attraction.
The community is asking for prayers for their crops; they are unsure how they will prosper and grow from the lack of rain this year. Please continue to keep Cercady in your prayers.
