In 2007 it became evident that the growth of our Kenya office required a full-time finance and administration staff member. We approached our strategic partners to see if they had any candidates that they would recommend. Compassion International suggested several college graduates who also graduated from their Leadership Development Program. Carolyne was one of those candidates and has been with our organization for over two years. Since that time, Carolyne has been instrumental in helping us put systems and procedures in-place to ensure high standards of accountability and reporting.
Carolyne was married earlier this year and we are blessed to have her on our team in Kenya.
